Walk entire perimeter of building and pick up any debris
Clean all exterior and interior glass entrance doors
Mop all common area hard surfaces
Vacuum all carpeted areas
Empty garbage cans in lobby and laundry room
Wash & squeegee lobby windows
Dust woodwork, door frames, and all lobby furniture
Remove cobwebs inside & out
Dust all common area light fixtures
Monitor and spot clean hallway doors and walls
Check each floor, including stairwells thoroughly for debris & burned out light bulbs
Clean & polish elevator panels inside & out
Vacuum and polish elevator thresholds
Sweep & mop stairwells, garbage room, storage areas, parking garage & mechanical rooms.

Oil domestic water pressure pumps monthly
Check mechanical rooms for leaks or problems and report to management
Purchase & maintain supplies
Light common area repairs (light fixtures, locks, door checks etc..)
Make sure all gates and exterior doors are working properly and oil quarterly
Chute cleaning & deodorizing
Inspection of roof drains for debris
Meet with contractors, utility companies, and building inspectors
Replace common area HVAC air filters
Light bulb replacement inside & out
